Spider-Man Electro Shock - 1997

This is another series with several Spider-man variants. It did however give a new and large Captain America figure as well as a figure of the classic villain, Electro.

Electro

A classic villain gets his first figure in this lineup. The figure is really well done with the only downfall being the lack of articulation in his legs. The large gun thing can be taken off his hand and he can stand on the lightning bolt he comes with. The lightning bolt he comes with has a cord to make it spark.

Figure ability: Sparking lightning bolt
Accessories: Lightning bolt, large gun

Electro

This is the same as the other version, just yellow where the other one was gold.

Figure ability: Sparking lightning bolt
Accessories: Lightning bolt, large gun

Captain America

This Captain America is much better than the one in the Marvel Super Heroes line. The figure itself is a little taller than most figures, as it is closer to a six inch scale, but it does not look too out of place. The only problem with this figure is the shield is not right, as it is very thick to fit the sparking mechanism in. This figure would be reused several times in various Captain America releases. He also comes with a hover jet that can fold into an examination table of sorts as well as a backpack and helmet that he can wear.

Figure ability: Sparking shield
Accessories: Shield, hover jet

Electro-Spark Spider-Man

This Spider-man is more armored than previous ones. His weapon is the thing that sparks in this figure.

Figure ability: Sparking spider pincher
Accessories: Large claw

Electro-Shock Spider-Man

Another Spider-man variant figure that is a bit different than the others. He is in a modified version of his normal red costume, with the spider on his chest changed to have a more "electric" look. Not a bad variant.

Figure ability: Sparking chest, snap on armor
Accessories: Armor

Steel Spark Spider-Man

This is another odd Spider-man variant. This version has a large armored body that can spark when the cord in the back is pulled. It is however a good sculpt.

Figure ability: Sparking chest
Accessories: Helmet
